GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

Chrysmetal OOD guarantees the quality of its products for a period of 12 months from the date of the invoice. The warranty is valid under the condition of correct selection, installation and maintenance of the product.

The warranty period is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For other countries and territories, the product warranty is provided as stated by the manufacturer. Components with limited expiry date (e.g. gaskets, diaphragms and other similar commodities) may have a reduced warranty period or no warranty as described in the product documentation.

The warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts in the product itself and does not include other unforeseen or hidden costs such as repair costs, product replacement, profit losses on behalf of the client, other collateral damages.

The guarantee is valid only with the proper documentation declaring the date of purchase and providing evidence that the transport, storage and operation conditions, according to the manufacturer's instructions, are kept. The products must be transported in a secure sealed packaging and in suitable for the purpose vehicles.

The guarantee is not valid if attempts have been made to cover the damage by unauthorized persons and/or if the respective seals have been broken or damaged and/or if the products have not been stored indoors and in the absence of aggressive media in the surrounding environment.

Claims for damages caused by obvious or hidden factory defects are claimed during the warranty period. Products under warranty are accepted after presenting the respective purchase documents stating the date of purchase.

Proper power supply requirements should always be kept. Indicative and not exhaustive power supply requirements are: The products should be wired only to operational and properly earthed electrical sockets with a voltage of 220V ± 10% and frequency 50Hz ± 1%. Multiple devices in a common configuration should be powered by the same phase of the network or the devices should be with proper circuit isolation. The use of UPSs is recommended for the protection against interruptions of the power supply.
