STOCK RETURNS CONDITIONS
1. Conditions for accepting returns within three months
Goods may be returned within 3 months from the invoice date, after prior written approval from “Chrysmetal” Ltd. and under the following conditions: • The goods must be in undamaged, original condition, as well as in their original packaging. • Each return must be accompanied by: • the customer’s delivery note; • a copy of the purchase invoice; • the corresponding consignment/shipping document (when applicable). Returns without the required accompanying documents will not be accepted. • Prior written notification must be sent to sales@chrysmetal.bg with a copy to the responsible person at “Chrysmetal” Ltd. The notification must include: • invoice number; • specific items (codes, descriptions, quantities to be returned); • reason for the return (defective goods, incorrect order, wrong delivery). “Chrysmetal” Ltd. will inform the customer regarding the acceptance of the return request and the method of transportation to the warehouse. 2. Returns after the third month (up to the 12th month) For returns made between the 3rd and the 12th month from the invoice date, the conditions under item 1 apply, and a fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods is charged. 3. Returns after 12 months After 12 months from the invoice date, returns are not accepted regardless of the reason. 4. Transport costs • The customer is responsible for transporting the goods to the warehouses of “Chrysmetal” Ltd. • Transport costs related to the return are borne by the customer. • If the error is on the side of “Chrysmetal” Ltd., the credit note will also include the transport costs. 5. Credit note A credit note is issued after successful completion of standard incoming inspection and confirmation that the goods meet the return conditions. 6. Special orders Goods that are not kept in stock and have been supplied through a special individual request are not subject to return. 7. Return deadlines within a calendar month Returns are accepted until the 25th day of the respective month, and for December – until December 10th, due to year-end closing procedures. 8. Incorrectly returned goods If goods that were not purchased from “Chrysmetal” Ltd. are received, the customer will be notified in writing. If they are not claimed within 30 days, the company reserves the right to destroy them. “Chrysmetal” Ltd. remains at your disposal and strives to provide the highest level of service. |
